DOT Physicals are performed by a certified National Registry Doctor. DOT Physicals are scheduled by appointment only in an effort to facilitate each patient’s time schedule.

DOT Drug Screening:  All of our collectors are DOT certified in the collection of urine drug screenings and EBT (Evident Breath Testing Device) machines.
